My recommendation is to try different clothes, materials, and combinations. We went through a heat wave when I was 13 and that changed my opinions on nighttime wear. I don’t like feeling tangled up, so that’s also a factor in my choice. One of my children is autistic, he would live in a pair of jeans, day and night, for days. Obviously some episodes are dated now.
