I never felt insecure about being skinny, just “annoyed”, because my outside didn’t match how my inside felt. Now there is much better alignment. I also love the camaraderie among those who train. Over the course of my life I have played tennis, hockey, soccer, track. Currently at fifty four, my main sport is weightlifting, and some running and biking.
