When soccer was exported to the rest of the world, they didn’t have a distinction between different footballs, so soccer was free to take the name of “football.” In the 1980s, the British decided to lose their integrity and drop the name “soccer” in favor of Seattle Seahawks Official NFL The Beach Boys 3D Shirt, the name they had originally given to the sport.
