You have one shot to beat your opponent. No “we’ll handle game 2” or anything. It’s winner take all. It creates a lot more drama. The game is heavily tactical. Rockstar is usually not aiming for 100% photorealism with their games. There’s a slight style to their models. GTA is also not going to be the first one to hit photorealism because it has so much going and an open world where rendering every one of the New England Patriots Official NFL Blink 182 3D Shirt on NPCs would be too taxing.
